Thanks for seeking the opportunity to be a vendor or sponsor at one of Minnesota's Largest Black Events, commemorating the end of American Slavery.  We're welcoming everyone to join us for this grand celebration of Black cultural heritage.  

Sponsorship Packages come with a host of benefits, scroll below to see all of them.


 Your vendor fee pays for a 10'x10' Space. All vendors are required to bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and supplies. If you are a Food Vendor you must provide licensure with the City of Minneapolis Health Department and must notify us immediately. Set-up time will be from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM that's when we expect to have all the roads closed by then. You will determine your own space, but spaces already marked are not permittable or those deemed for other festival use. No refunds are provided unless we cancel the event. Credits may be applied to another vendor with the same or similar products to be sold or can be applied to another upcoming event. After paying your vendor fee please send us an updated digital copy of your logo as either a JPEG or PNG file.
